# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
03 - Pat the drained pasta dry with a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
04 - Toss pasta in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
